Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, our team gets to work preparing it for shipment. Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.
Where We Ship
Right now, we ship exclusively within the United States. Here's the breakdown:
- We ship to: all 48 contiguous states
- We do not currently ship to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. minor outlying islands, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or other U.S. territories
Free shipping applies only to orders delivered within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, minor outlying islands, military bases, and other U.S. territories are not served by our current shipping network — orders to these locations cannot be placed at this time.
Order Cutoff Times
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Eastern Time), Monday through Friday, are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM, along with orders placed on weekends or holidays, are processed on the next available business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Your total delivery time is made up of two parts — how long it takes us to prepare your order, plus how long it takes to travel to you:
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Shipping time: 3–7 business days (within the contiguous U.S.)
- Estimated total delivery time: 4–10 business days
Please keep in mind that these are estimates, not guarantees. Occasionally, delivery can take longer due to factors outside our control — customs inspections, severe weather, national holidays, or carrier flight delays.
Shipping Rates
- Orders totaling $0.01–$39.99: flat shipping fee of $6.99
- Orders totaling $40.00 or more: free standard shipping (contiguous U.S. only)

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can follow your package's journey anytime at 17TRACK.

We work with established U.S.-based logistics carriers to help make sure your Honeydak order gets to you reliably and on schedule, with domestic tracking and support every step of the way.
Sales Tax
All prices displayed on our site do not include sales tax. If sales tax applies to your order, it will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping state and added to your total before payment.
